Mr. Walker was born in Shawnee, Oklahoma.  He graduated from Oklahoma University (B.B.A. 1967; J.D., 1974). Phi Alpha Delta.  He was admitted to practice law in Oklahoma in 1974, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Western, Eastern and Northern Districts of Oklahoma; Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and U.S. Tax Court. He was in the U.S. Army 1967 – 1970, 1974 – 1976; Brigadier General, Oklahoma Army National Guard, Retired.

Mr. Ferguson was born in Spokane, Washington. He graduated from Virginia Military Institute (B.A. 1970) and Washington & Lee University Law School (J.D. 1973) where he was a member of Phi Delta Phi. He is admitted to practice in Virginia (1973); U.S. Tax Court (1976); West Virginia (1977); Oklahoma (1979), and to the U.S. Supreme Court, Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, U.S. District Courts for Eastern, Northern and Western Districts of Oklahoma. His past legal experience includes serving as Assistant General Counsel, Oklahoma Tax Commission, 1978 – 1980. He served on active duty in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corp. from 1973 – 1977. He retired from the U.S. Army Reserve with the rank of Lt. Colonel. He is a member of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, Virginia and West Virginia Bar Associations and Defense Research Institute.

His areas of practice include insurance law, employment law and civil litigation. During his career, he has tried more than one hundred fifty jury trials in both state and federal courts. Mr. Ferguson holds an AV Preeminent rating by Martindale-Hubbell, been recognized as a “Super Lawyer” multiple years, and is a frequent lecturer at Continuing Legal Education seminars.

Mr. Ferguson was born in Brussels, Belgium. He graduated from Washington and Lee University (B.S. Commerce 1974). He received his M.A. from the University of Oklahoma (1978). He graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law (J.D. 1985). He is admitted to practice law in Oklahoma. (1985). Mr. Ferguson served on active duty in the U.S. Army, Field Artillery, from 1974-1981. He then served in the Oklahoma National Guard from 1982-1996, where he retired with the rank of Colonel. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Oklahoma Bar Association and Oklahoma County Bar Association.

Mr. Ferguson’s areas of practice include Workers’ Compensation Defense and Employment law. He also serves as a Mediator in Workers’ Compensation Cases. He holds an AV Preeminent rating by Martindale-Hubbell.

He is admitted to practice law in Oklahoma (1973) as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Western, Eastern, and Northern Districts of Oklahoma and U.S. Court of Appeals, 10th Circuit. Mr. Derouen was born in Atlanta, Georgia. He graduated from Texas A&M University (B.A. History 1993). He graduated from Oklahoma City University School of Law (J.D. 1998). He is admitted to practice law in Oklahoma (1998), as well as the U.S. District Court for the Western, and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma. Mr. Derouen is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association Worker’s Compensation Section.

Mr. Lamiell was born in Chicopee Falls, Massachusetts. He graduated from the University of Hawaii (B.B.A. 1973). He attended Law School at the University of Tulsa (J.D. 1976). Mr. Lamiell is admitted to practice law in Oklahoma (1976). He is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association Real Property Section.

Mr. Lamiell has been actively involved in oil and gas title examination across the State of Oklahoma for more than 40 years for both major oil companies and smaller independent drillers and producers. He holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
